Cancellation Policy for Registration:

Requests received in writing before October 31, 2008 will be considered for cancellation. A 25% handling charge will be deducted from the total amount deposited towards the Delegate fee and rest refunded by cheque. No request for refund will be entertained after October 31, 2008.
